At Purr by Design we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

Our Policy at a Glance

Because our products are custom-printed and made to order just for you, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing.

However, we offer full refunds or free replacements for:

  • Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong design, size, or color.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If there is a hole, a printing error, or a manufacturing flaw.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the process:

  1. Email us at hello@purrbydesign.com with your order number.

  2. Include a brief description of the issue.

Size Exchanges

Since each shirt is printed the moment you order it, we cannot offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please refer carefully to our Size Chart on each product page before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit!

Washing & Care

For the longest-lasting prints, please wash your shirts inside out with cold water and hang to dry. We cannot offer refunds for damage caused by improper washing or high-heat drying.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.






 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
